Wed, 30 Nov
|The Petersham
The lack of relevant digital skills in Europe, is holding us back. Recruiting top talent has never been harder. Couple this with the changing (post pandemic) expectations of our employees, and many companies need to rethink their entire approach to managing and developing their workforce.

About the event
Sponsored by Heidrick & Struggles and Livingbridge
Debate Leader: Adam Warby, Chairperson Heidrick & Struggles
We will debate our employees expectations of what they want from "work" and their changing lifestyles. Why the pandemic lead so many people to question their career choices and why large numbers of people have left their current employer, or expect to work in different ways in the future - aka "the great resignation" & hybrid working amongst other things.
We will also discuss retaining talent and the skills gap in Europe. How much does this impact our businesses and what we should do about it?
At this dinner, sponsored by Livingbridge and Heidrick & Struggles, Adam Warby - Chair of Heidrick & Struggles, and previously CEO of Avanade, will lead the debate on finding talent and how to retain people once they arrive.
