Dawn is the Executive Chairperson of team.blue a mass hosting, domain names and web services business based throughout Europe with revenues of c€400m.
She is a Board member of Azets, an Accounting and tech services advisory business with c£500m annual revenue and 7000 employees in 8 countries. She is also a Board member of ITM8 a Danish IT Services business and Chairs a UK scale-up, Hometree, an insure tech services business.
Previously she has served on the Boards of IRIS and Kinapse. Both Private Equiy backed businesses.
During 2019 to 2021 as CEO of Azets, which was created from 60 M&A transactions, she created and led a complex integration and wholesale transformation programme. She remains an active Board member and coach to the Executive team.
Dawn was previously a Board Member and Joint COO of Capita Plc, a then FTSE100 BPO and software business. She was responsible for six of the 11 operating divisions and also led Group IT, Group HR and Group Talent.
Before joining the Board, she held the position of Executive Director for Workplace Services within Capita and was responsible for a portfolio of companies delivering Human Capital Management services. During her 17 years with Capita, Dawn was involved in and responsible for many acquisitions, she chaired multiple companies including two joint venture companies, Axelos and FERA.
She has served on the Board of the Institute for Collaborative Working for six years, and serves on a charity Advisory Board, Bookmark Reading. She enjoys sailing, swimming, skiing and hoola hooping!
