Emma Sinclair is CEO of EnterpriseAlumni. Their market leading software powers the corporate alumni networks of the world's leading companies, helping them maintain and maximise relationships with former employees for recruitment, sales and advocacy. She is the youngest person to IPO on the London Stock Exchange, at 29.
Sinclair, who was awarded an MBE from the Queen for her work in entrepreneurship, is also UNICEF's First Business Ambassador, conceiving and launched their first crowdfund to supply tech labs in refugee camps in 2016.
More recently, she year conceived and launched a private sector backed initiative to help skilled refugees secure skilled jobs in the UK prompted by the Ukraine War, with RefuAid.
