Jen & Pippa Co-founded Board Intelligence in 2009 to transform boards and leadership teams to become the most powerful driver of performance and force for good.
Board Intelligence’s management reporting platform & board portal are used by over 35,000 board directors (from Fortune 50 companies to central governments) to improve agility, productivity and governance standards.
Both Jen & Pippa have had the privilege of sitting in hundreds of boardrooms from FTSE 10 to major charities. They were named EY Entrepreneur of the year London & South East in 2020, they have both been featured in the Management Today’s 35 under 35 and have been invited to Buckingham Palace for their contribution to the UK Economy.
Jen begun her career in Strategy Consulting and is a serial entrepreneur, having founded her first business in her early 20s. She was named Times Young Business Women of the Year and has held regular columns at Management Today and in the Financial Times, documenting the work of the Board Intelligence Think Tank.
Pippa begun her career in Financial services, working for HM Treasury, Russell Investments and a boutique hedge fund. Pippa was recently a member of the CBI London board and is a guest lecturer on Board Effectiveness at Henley Business School.
They both hold MAs from Cambridge University and have 5 children under 6 between them.
